Change the water elemental a bit?

Change the water elemental a bit?

It's even more tanky than some legendary units. So how about make its 90% miss become every 10th attack will surely hit it at least make it not a matter of pure luck and maybe spell resistance this way too? Basically elemental deserves more hate than north and even chaos(still the best) now. It has one of the best if not the best air unit, one of the best if not the best healing building, the best affordable tank no doubt and one of the best special AOE building. So please consider do some serious rework on this race.
Still right now the result of a game is mostly decided by the combinations of races, if both teams know how to play properly. It's not a matter of skill when both teams know what to do, it's become a matter of luck. Tell me how can human/elf(kinda for a long time no counter early game) and orc combination counter banshee spam? How about the late game elemental naga/chaos combination ( elemental's air + naga's tide/chaos's volcano)? So basically there are no win situations here and there.
