Should Legendary Unit Be Allowed To Cage For Base Defense?

Let's face it. It's an extreme annoying and sometimes(mabye 70% of the time) impossible to counter tactic, quite some players brainlessly implement this stretegy and able to garrentee a victory if given the right race. So I want to know what is your oponion on the legendary caging.
The 2 pure melee legendary units has been put out of the poll options as there is no much point to cage them - Golem and Holy Warrior.

It does not matter you have leg unit cage or mass towers.If opponent player does not have long range siege units it might be imposible to break in.

what is worse with leg caging is that once you break the cage you unleashed the hell lots of army of leg.
